I'm embarrassed to admit that I haven't always been practicing what I was preaching. I struggled with my weight in different phases of my life. I've been that overweight personal trainer...

Recently for a few years, I let myself go. I had depression, anxiety, and grief over the disappearance of my father who suffered from Alzheimer's disease... He's still missing...To ease the pain and grief, I resorted to comfort food. I started to gain weight slowly as the months went by and went from 170 pounds to weighing in over 212 pounds, gaining over 45 pounds!😔

I started snoring. I had low energy and needed to drink energy drinks to get through the day. 😴My knees, my joints, and my lower back started to ache with the added weight. I also needed bigger clothes…I went from wearing a medium shirt to a large. I then had to fight to stay out of an extra-large t shirt.

The comfort food really didn't make me feel better. I started to feel worse, as I gained more and more weight. I needed to change and get my life back on track... And I did!

I’ve now lost 60 pounds using the same ERF training principles I use for my clients to see fantastic results. I no longer snore. I don't need energy drinks to get through the day, as I have a lot more energy now!

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. Our trainers are also very knowledgeable on injuries.

What's the difference between this and a bootcamp?
We're the 'non-bootcamp' program. Bootcamps are about 'going hard' or 'going home', which lead to injuries. As well, "Bootcamps" with more than 20 to 30+ people cannot give you quality and safe instruction you deserve in order to see great results. Risk of injury increases with 20+ people.
 
We offer personal training in small private groups averaging only 3 to 6 clients, so that you receive personalized attention from your personal trainer and see faster results! We also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching.
