What's the difference between a gym and Eagle Ridge Fitness?
First of all, we're not a 'gym'. Definition of a gym: A gym is where you rent access to use their equipment. You're also left to figure out on your own how to use the equipment. 

We are a body transformation program and personal training program providing you with coaching. We give you the tools to transform your body and health and hold you accountable. You'll be working with a coach to fast track your results!
Is this a bootcamp? Quantity vs. Quality!
We're the non-bootcamp program. There's no way an instructor can provide you with proper instruction with 20 to 40 people in a workout. 'Bootcamps' are also heavily cardio focused with a general cookie cutter workout approach, not always taking into consideration of your goals or injuries. There is a greater potential for injury when you increase the number of participants in a group. You'll get far more interaction and support from your trainer when working out with a small group, as opposed to a large group. 

We offer 1-on-1 personal training and semi-private personal training in small private groups, so that you receive personalized attention and modifications based on your goals and injuries. You'll see results faster! Safety comes first too!
